I reviewed
Hothouse Flower by Lucinda Riley in December last year and I think it may have been my favourite read of 2010, you can read my review
here. Obviously some other people have agreed with me as Richard and Judy have chosen it as part of their Spring Book Club, you can find out more about their book club on their official
website, I love Richard and Judy and they do seem to pick some brilliant books! The other books included in the list are:

What a lovely list of books to look forward to, I am going to get hold of some of these but I can already highly recommend Hothouse Flower, it really is a great read!

Wow, Hothouse Flower sounds absolutely fantastic - how in the world have I managed to miss it completely?!?!?!?! After reading your review, I'm definitely getting myself a copy and I can't wait to read it! Btw, is it just me, or is the cover really a tad too similar to Kate Morton's covers? :) Nothing wrong with that, I'm just saying. But yeah, sounds like a brilliant read!
When I read your review, I put this book on my wishlist and now, you reminded me I haven't bought it yet!:) I must, it really sounds wonderful.
Bookalicious Ramblings- I think you will really enjoy this one! The cover is similar to Kate Morton's books and I found the writing style to be similar too which is great as I love Kate Morton too! Lucinda Riley has another book coming out in November this year as well.
I am excited bout Hothouse Flower...it did make it into my stocking with a little help! :)
It keeps staring at me from the shelf. I am not sure it will be there long.
I have read Postmistress and enjoyed that.

This list has further convinced me that I should read The Postmistress. I have to be honest though and say that the similarity with Kate Morton's covers puts me off Hothouse Flower.
I hadn't heard of Hothouse Flowers but from your description sounds right up my street must make a note of it. The other one from the list that intrigues me is Major Pettigrew. So many books to look forward to in 2011!
Hothouse Flower sounds great! Must add to my TBR pile - along with a couple of those other books from Richard and Judy's list. There is definitely some great reading out there. By the by, after reading all of your Jill Mansell reviews, I have finally downloaded one on to my Kindle. I'm loving it! Thanks!

Charlie- It's a shame that it's put you off, it is similar but for me that is only a good thing as I love Kate Morton's books too!

I saw today that the Richard and Judy Spring Bookclub books are on BOGOF in Smiths so what more of an excuse do I need?!
One More Page- That is the perfect excuse! I ordered You're Next by Gregg Hurwitz, having a bit of a crime/thriller addiction at the moment!
The Postmistress by Sarah Blake was a big disappointment. Apart from a very realistic encounter in the London blitz, a trip across Europe in war torn Germany for Frankie the reporter, thereafter I found the book became jumbled up. However, disappointed as I was with this read, I found it more credible than Hothouse Flower.
